The curriculum for the Anglo-Chinese non-

graduate course at the Teachers Training College is at

present in the process of elaboration and the views of

your Advisory Committee, mentioned in paragraph 3 of

your despatch under reference, will be given full

consideration.

5.

I intend to proceed with the scheme for the

proposed Training College for rural school teachers as

soon as the urban Training College has established itself.

A site for the proposed rural college has already been

earmarked.
